Short Bio:
Mrs. Evdoxia Mastroleon graduated in 2008 from the Department of Informatics of the University of Piraeus where she completed her dissertation on "Motzkin Paths and Secondary Structures" under the supervision of Prof. P. Tsikouras.
In 2011 she received her MSc in "Bioinformatics" from the postgraduate program "Information Technologies in Medicine and Biology" of the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications - University of Athens. Her thesis dealt with the development of an electronic laboratory notebook rational drug design and its implementation in the Laboratory of Structural Biology and Chemistry, Institute of Organic and Pharmaceutical Chemistry (IOPC) of the National Research Foundation (NRF) under the supervision of the Associate Prof. E. Manolakos and PhD. E. Chrysina.
During her postgraduate studies, Ms. Mastroleon published an abstract entitled "Development of an Electronic Laboratory Notebook for Structure-based Drug Design" at the 5th Conference of the Hellenic Crystallographic Association, University of Thessaly.
Since 2009 she works as an Associate teacher (PE19) to all-day primary schools, where she's teaching the courses "Information Technologies and Communications" and "New Technologies".
